Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WhatsForm service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

WhatsForm provides a platform for creating conversational forms and workflows within the WhatsApp Business API. The Service includes but is not limited to form building, response management, automation, integrations, AI-powered chatbots, team inbox functionality, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we terminate it.

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws, to transmit worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature, or to violate or infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

In no event shall WhatsForm, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
