Prorated Refunds
In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, we calculate prorated amounts based on unused service time:
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated monthly calculation for unused months
- Monthly subscriptions: Prorated daily calculation for unused days
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for refund completion
- Refund method: Original payment method or bank transfer
Setup fees, integration costs, and custom development work are generally non-refundable unless there was a service failure on our part.

Enterprise customers and those with custom solutions have specialized refund and cancellation terms:
